AERO Friedrichshafen 2024

AERO is the leading international trade fair for general aviation, business aviation and air sports. With more than 650 exhibitors from 35 nations, 33,000 visitors and 600 journalists from all over the world, AERO Friedrichshafen is the world’s most important annual meeting place for the community. At the new exhibition centre in Friedrichshafen, aircraft ranging from civilian drones to gliders, microlights and gyrocopters, helicopters, touring and training aircraft with piston engines or propeller turbines and business jets will be on display.

DLR will be presenting current projects and topics relating to electric flight, with a focus on the Institutes of Electrified Aircraft Propulsion and Technical Thermodynamics as well as the Technologies for Small Aircraft facility and the Innovation Centre for Small Aircraft Technologies.
