10. December 2024 @ 18:30 - 20:00
Public | FreeWe cordially invite you to the Christmas Lecture of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Stuttgart on 10 December 2024 at 6:30pm in Café Faust.
In the tradition of the much-loved British Christmas Lectures, which the English natural scientist and physicist Michael Faraday initiated at the Royal Institution in the mid-19th century, we are once again presenting an exciting topic from the DLR cosmos this year: Dr. Marc Philipp Linder from the DLR Institute of Engineering Thermodynamics will be presenting his research topic entitled “Heating for the climate?”.
“Based on current DLR research results on CO2-free heating based on lime, we are jointly exploring the question of whether CO2-negative heating could also be possible in the future. What effort would you be prepared to make to reverse the CO2 emissions of your last holiday trip with your heating system?”
Come along and talk to us afterwards.
We look forward to your visit!
