DESCRIPTION:The European Conference on Spacecraft Structures\, Materials and Environmental Testing (ECSSMET) will take place in Braunschweig from 21 to 25 September. The conference is co-organised by ESA\, DLR and CNES and will take place daily from 9:00 to 18:00. \nThe aim of the European Conference on Spacecraft Structures\, Materials and Environmental Testing is to promote and facilitate discussion and exchange of experience and information among members of the various mechanical engineering disciplines and environmental testing community concerned with spacecraft development\, assembly\, integration and verification.

DESCRIPTION:InnoTrans is the world’s leading international trade fair for transport technology. It brings together manufacturers\, transport companies\, infrastructure operators\, research institutions and political players and presents innovations along the entire rail transport value chain. Key topics include rail vehicles\, railway infrastructure\, signalling and safety technology\, digitalisation\, automation and sustainable and climate-friendly mobility solutions. \nThe German Aerospace Centre (DLR) is taking part in InnoTrans 2026 with contributions from its transport and mobility research. DLR will be presenting current research and development work on topics such as digitalised and automated rail systems\, energy-efficient vehicles\, operating concepts\, system analysis and sustainable transport solutions. A presence with an exhibition area is also planned\, where selected projects and technologies will be presented and professional dialogue with industry\, politics and specialist audiences will be promoted.
