DESCRIPTION:Conference at the LMU Munich on 11 July 2024 \nProduct liability for innovative systems\, especially in the field of artificial intelligence\, raises challenging dogmatic and practical questions both at a general level and in relation to specific sectors. The comparative law conference organised in cooperation with the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS) and the Institute for AI Safety (DLR) is dedicated to the topic in the context of national and European approaches.
