They determine the energy levels, the possible reactions between nuclei, atoms and molecules and the energy exchange between matter and the radiation field in many ways. The Universe would look very different from what it does today if the atoms and molecules in it possessed different properties.<\/p>\n<p>The talk draws on a number of examples on a macrophysical scale to explain these contextualities between random boundary conditions and the consequent properties that define the Universe that we observe around us.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcrgen Stutzki is Professor and Chair at the Institute of Physics, University of Cologne. Professor Stutzki\u2019s research focuses on infrared and molecular astronomy. He is also part of the German team that conducts scientific observation flights on the NASA\/DLR SOFIA airborne observatory.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ATTENTION:<\/strong>\u00a0The events will be held
