Not publicAs a national space agency, the German Aerospace Center (DLR) is responsible for implementing the German space programme on behalf of the Federal Government. The Bonn Space Evening series has been envisaged to inform a selected group of guests from government, industry, science and media about our current programmes and topics.
The 18th Bonn Space Evening on 14 December 2017 will take place in the form of a symposium, at which Gerd Gruppe, Executive Board Member for Space Administration, will celebrate his retirement. Hermann-Josef Mammes from Meyer-Werft GmbH & Co KG in Papenburg, Philipp Klais from Johannes Klais Orgelbau GmbH & Co KG in Bonn and Philipp Zimmermann from FRANKA EMICA GmbH in Munich will discuss the topic of ‘Inspiration for Aerospace’. The moderator of the event will be Ulrich Walter, astronaut and professor at TU Munich.
