Airspace Integration Congress 2023

The Airspace Integration Congress (AI) is an international unmanned aviation event organised by the industry for the industry. It will take place on 25-27 September 2023 at IFEMA in Madrid, Spain. With a global reach, the AI Congress is the place to be for anyone interested in airspace management, including ATM, UTM and STM, AAM and UAS, civil-military cooperation and space activities. More than 4,000 attendees and a large number of exhibitors and sponsors are expected to take part in AI’s inaugural event.

DLR has taken on the role of an architect for unmanned flight, acting as a link between manufacturers, users and legislators on technical and regulatory issues. With its numerous institutes, DLR is unique in Europe – it has the necessary range of research areas and expertise to address unresolved issues in the key areas of vehicle technology, flight control, legislation and acceptance research.

DLR is one of the largest exhibitors at AI. The DLR stand (Stand 633) will provide a broad insight into current research work on unmanned aircraft systems and their safe integration into the airspace.
