The world’s leading industrial trade fair, Hannover Messe, will take place from 20 to 24 April 2026 at the exhibition grounds. This year, the event is held under the motto “Think tech forward”, with Brazil as the partner country. In 2026, Hannover Messe will present itself with a new site concept and a revised thematic structure. The DLR stand is located in Hall 11, which is dedicated to the area of “Research & Innovation Transfer”.

Under the key theme “Technologies for Industry”, we showcase practical research findings and technological solutions for industrial applications. These include an AI-supported autonomous robotic system, the hybrid-reality platform RAPID and quantum computing for SMEs with QCI Solutions.
As part of DLR Thermodynamics, we present projects such as H2MARE for offshore hydrogen production, the open-source fuel cell system HyForce and the 100-kilowatt electrolysis stack HyScale. Exciting topics from the field of space exploration are also featured, including the European MMX lander IDEFIX for exploring the Martian moons Phobos and Deimos, as well as the high-altitude research rocket RED KITE. We invite Hannover Messe attendees to engage in discussions with our experts on site.
